A major strength is the combination of our experience and extension of staff attitude. We have the experience to provide our clients with the best consulting available. We have the extension of staff attitude that will provide the client with an active fiduciary partner in the decision making process. Also beneficial to our clients is the diverse experience of our consultants, which includes over twenty years of plan sponsor experience and over twenty-five years of consulting experience. This experience has been of great value during presentations and educational sessions for our clients.
Another strength of our firm is the area of alternative investments. Alternative investments have a very positive influence on both returns and total portfolio risk due to low correlation's with other asset classes. Many of our clients are participants in the asset class. Over the past four years, our clients have committed over $5.0 billion to the asset class. We provide educational sessions on the asset class and assist our clients in establishing an appropriate asset allocation to alternatives. Investments are recommended only after a high level of comfort has been reached between the client and the General Partner. |
