We are an independent, fee-only; investment management consulting firm providing advice to institutional investors, on fiduciary issues relating to investments.
Founded in 1984, Yon Drake & Associates is an S-Corporation, deriving 100% of its revenues from fee-based investment consulting services. We are an SEC Registered Investment Advisor headquartered in Columbia, SC. Our primary focus is on the healthcare industry. We do not sell any investment products and devote our full interest and attention to providing consulting services to our clients. We do not receive any compensation fees, incentives, commissions, promotional goods or services from any source other than the fee paid by the client. We devote 100% of our time providing institutional investment consulting/advisory services and do not engage in any other outside business activities.
We are in full compliance with all laws governing Registered Investment Advisers. We carry insurance bonding representing the maximum amounts required by state and federal laws governing Registered Investment Advisors. There has never been any fine, suspension or litigation involving our firm or any member of our staff in the history of the firm. |
