The ICC universe includes information on more than 18,000 portfolios managed by more than 1,200 investment organizations on behalf of more than 1,400 sponsors. Specialty subsets include corporate funds, public funds, Taft-Hartley funds, endowments and foundations, hospital funds, health and welfare funds, and large funds (those with more than $1 billion in assets), among others. ICC members can also construct custom universes on many dimensions, such as associating returns with portfolio characteristic ranges. Portfolios are additionally assigned to investment styles on the basis of their holdings.
